Project Control & Reporting

Project Control & Reporting focuses on creating reliable, up-to-date insight into the progress, performance, risks, capacity, costs and dependencies of projects. We set up the necessary reports and control instruments and support their periodic execution, so that management and project teams can make adjustments in good time.

Why clients come to us

  • They come to us because…

project information is fragmented, out of date or insufficiently comparable, and therefore does not provide a reliable basis for management and decision-making.

  • They are usually organisations that…

run multiple projects or programmes, report periodically to management, the board or regulators, are growing rapidly or temporarily lack sufficient PMO capacity.

  • They often struggle with…

divergent reporting formats, unclear KPIs, limited data quality, insufficient follow-up of risks and actions and a labour-intensive reporting cycle.

What you can expect from us

We offer consultancy and consultancy as a service, so we can respond flexibly to the specific wishes and requirements of our clients.

Consultancy

We take stock of information needs and ongoing projects, design or improve uniform reports and dashboards and support the execution of the reporting cycle. In doing so, we flag deviations and bottlenecks, without taking over decision-making responsibility from project or programme management.

Consultancy as a service

In addition to project-based consultancy, we provide flexible PMO capacity for coordinating, controlling and supporting projects, programmes and change initiatives. Our consultants adapt to the organisation's existing way of working, whether traditional, agile or hybrid, and relieve project and programme managers at an operational and tactical level.

In practice

Project coordination at Ausnutria

Alongside an SAP implementation, Ausnutria went through a legal transition, with work spread across Finance, QA, legal affairs, certifications and account management. For about seven months, a student consultant provided central coordination: all activities in one plan, monitoring progress and connecting stakeholders. The essential activities were completed within the required timeframe.
