Dashboarding for Cogas
To make better strategic decisions, grid operator Cogas needed more insight into project progress. The existing reports were fragmented and did not give a complete picture. Student Consultant built a first version of a dashboard in Power BI that links financial data to asset data. Due to limitations in the available data, it could not yet be built in full; a handover and advisory report describes the next steps towards a fully functional dashboard.

How does Student Consultant guarantee the quality of its work?

In a consultancy project, the student consultants work fully independently, from planning to execution. Consultancy as a service offers flexible support on request, with consultants carrying out specific tasks to free up capacity.
