Process optimisation at HDI Global Nederland
In an increasingly complex insurance market, HDI wanted to structure, standardise and improve its business processes. Student Consultant mapped the existing processes and facilitated interactive sessions with employees to identify bottlenecks and risks. Based on this, efficient, uniform processes were designed and successfully implemented in the BIC tool. The result: more overview, more coherence and a better fit with day-to-day practice.
