In practice
At the Openbaar Ministerie, Student Consultant brought structure and uniformity to portfolio and project management by making processes transparent, structuring risks and recording roles and responsibilities in a revised handbook. This created a consistent way of working and enabled change initiatives to be supported more consistently and effectively.
