Working out processes again and again
Team Duurzaam of the Municipality of Meppel faced the challenge of clearly mapping its operational processes. To prevent team members from having to work out processes all over again each time they started a piece of work, there was a need for clear documentation and for insight into opportunities for improvement within the workflows.
Team Duurzaam wanted its processes not only documented, but also wanted immediate insight into potential areas for improvement. Student Consultant was asked to create a clear overview of specific processes and to optimise them for better accessibility and efficiency.
